62 Reade Street is a beautifully restored pair of 19th-century Italianate buildings located in Tribeca, between Church and Broadway. Originally constructed in 1860 and 1856, these buildings were combined in the mid-20th century and have housed various businesses, including the renowned Langdon Florist until 2018.

The restoration preserves the original architectural details while incorporating modern design elements that cater to contemporary Tribeca living.

Lobby

The lobby features luxurious materials such as marble wall panels, a fluted bronze feature wall, and tile flooring, all monitored by a Comelit video surveillance system for added security.

Fitness studio
